Refund Policy

At Maharashtra Solar Business Syndicate (MSBSGOV), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product or request a refund. This Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and returns.
1. Subscription Plans
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for any partial-term subscription periods or unused services. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases where there was a technical error on our part that prevented you from accessing the service, provided you contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
2. Product Returns (E-Commerce)
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Timeframe: Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days).
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
